The quality policy of ZAO NPO Ecros conforms to the strategic targets of the
company, is managed and meets requirements and expectations of our customers and is an integral part of
total company policy in the sphere of engineering and follow-up of laboratory complex objects,
maintenance of laboratory equipment, purchases and sales of laboratory materials and equipment.
ZAO NPO Ecros strives to achieve and firmly hold down the position of a leading
player on the market of Russia and CIS countries in this sphere of business.
In the course of business, ZAO NPO Ecros follows the principles of quality
management. Among them are:
- customer-oriented approach and satisfaction of customer requests and expectations;
- targeted involvement of staff with maximum use of potential for solution of customer problems;
- unity of targets in the sphere of quality at all tiers of organisation;
- management of activities and relevant resources based on process approach;

Key directions to implement the principles of quality management include:
- introduction of advanced achievements, technologies and modern equipment;
- systematic advanced training of ZAO NPO Ecros staff including training in the sphere of
quality.
Heads of structural divisions bear responsibility for implementation of the
quality policy.
Quality Management System is the key tool to implement the quality policy, which
satisfies provisions of international and national standards ISO 9000 series.
ZAO NPO Ecros top management takes responsibility for QMS design, implementation
and efficient functioning.
ZAO NPO Ecros top management takes the following liabilities to implement tasks
in the sphere of quality:
